Department of Accounting

The Department of Accounting of the Economic, Technical and Operational Organisation (HUN-REN BRC ETOO) is involved in the budget planning of the institution. We also keep and monitor the analytical and ledger records of appropriations, commitments and financial performance, and to carry out administrative tasks. We supply data, prepare statistics, quarterly and annual balance sheet reports and a significant part of the budgetary accounts, based on reliable ledger and analytical records.

Our department takes care of the planning of dates for the inventory of the assets of the HUN-REN BRC and of the assets transferred for use by the institution, and manages the inventories as a member of the Inventory Committee, ensuring their proper implementation.

In order to prepare inventories to support the balance sheet and to carry out the closing tasks, we hold and publish a year-end briefing to ensure that the budget report and the balance sheet report are prepared in compliance with the legislation and internal regulations, containing adequate, true and authentic data for the actual financial year.

Our department ensures the regularity of day-to-day management processes by continuously monitoring legislation and maintaining and implementing the regulations, thus increasing the credibility, application opportunities, reliability and prestige of the HUN-REN BRC.
