The Central Animal House performs services contributing to the research activities of the Biological Research Centre. Its duty is to supply the research groups of BRC with experimental animals (mice, rats) and to sell the excess animals to external clients. Research groups pay remuneration for the animals ordered as well as for the keeping of animals in long-term experiments.
