Aim: My intention is to serve the groups molecular biologic solutions, materials, and works.
Paying: Reduced fees.
At the beginning there will not be pre-prepared solutions because it cannot be planned how much are needed.




Solutions, chemicals, buffers, broths, etc. (without attempting to be comprehensive):

  • 10xTEA DNS runing buffer
  • 10xTBE DNS runing buffer
  • 20 x SSC buffer
  • PBS buffer
  • Taq DNS Polimerase (5 U/ ul, 1000 U/tube)
  • 10 x Taq buffer, 25 mM MgCl2, 2 mM dNTP Mix
  • 2 x Taq Premix (Only template and primer(s) needed.)
  • LB broth
  • LB plates with antibiotic(s)
  • M9 minimál broth
  • 2TY broth
  • Sterilized UP water (1 ml, 10 ml, 100 ml, 1l)


Services (Please discuss!)

  • Plasmid miniprep, midiprep, maxiprep from E. coli.
  • PCR techniques (primer planing, simple PCR reaction, PCR cloning, PCR sequencing, colony PCR, genotyping by PCR, differencial PCR, SNP detecting by PCR). PCR screens.
  • DNA purification (mainly from plant, or other).
  • DNA fragments cloning to sequencing, expession, and other.
  • Complex cloning works (in same position different fragments, same fragment to different position, LEGO-like „anythig with anything” systems as requested).
  • Great screens optimization to ideal work.
